The experience of learning from others has been one of the most enjoyable aspects of my career to date. Through others, I am introduced to new thoughts, ideas, and inspiring concepts. Mentoring and teaching others has been the most effective tool for professional growth in my journey. 

I'm currently seeking mentorship in the areas of leadership, strategy, and experience design. Lately, I've been most curious about leading a large-scale cultural transformation in the fourth industrial revolution. How might we use technology ethically to shape employees' attitudes towards the expectation for routine in a time where every business must operate like a start-up?
