I use product thinking to help service-based businesses launch and grow. Our work together centers on customer value creation, using business model development and experience design concepts. We identify the seemingly unconnected to build out a vision or create a sustainable competitive advantage.
I can bring value to a team by clarifying its vision. Someone needs to develop the mission by becoming acclimated to market data and the "big picture," while also deciding which immediate steps should be prioritized. This process allows me to contribute my talents to teams, products, and services I believe in by combining my business acumen and creativity to help drive my team's vision forward.
Additionally, I can add value when a company is experiencing rapid growth and the leadership needs to identify operational inefficiencies before hiring more people. In this position, companies need a strategic partner with a self-starter attitude to roll their sleeves up and support the team (read: put out fires) and then use the insight gained to develop new strategies to prototype and test.
I know what it's like to build a company from scratch. I know what it takes for entrepreneurs experiencing rapid growth to stay on top. I began my career in a 107-year old organization, and through the experiences I encountered, I’ve learned what innovation looks like at every stage of a company and understand how it dynamically impacts operations.
